Shipping and delivery

Your cable is made and shipped by a German specialist workshop. There is no warehouse in between, every cable is made because you ordered it.

Shipping cost

Every amount comes from the same calculation as the prices in the configurator. There is no second price list.

Small-order surcharge below 30.00 € goods value 5.00 €

Delivery within Germany only

At present we deliver within Germany only.

Same-day dispatch

If payment is confirmed by 11:00, the cable goes into shipping the same working day.

What counts is the money arriving, not the moment you order. With a credit card — including Apple Pay and Google Pay — and with PayPal the money is there immediately. With a bank transfer it takes one to two working days, depending on your bank.

Carrier and tracking number

We ship exclusively with DHL, as an insured parcel. As soon as your order goes into shipping you receive the tracking number from us by email. The same number is shown with the order in your customer account.

Manufacturing starts with your payment

As soon as your order is paid, your cable goes into manufacturing. It cannot be changed after that. On top of this, cables made to measure are excluded from the right of withdrawal — and every product we sell is made to measure. Taken together: please check your order carefully before you send it.
