Red and black battery cables with pressed ring terminals, entwined on a wooden pedestal in the light, crimping and stripping pliers around it in the dark

Cables made to measure in Germany

You specify cross-section, length, colour and both ends. We cut, crimp the terminals, fit heat-shrink tubing and send the finished cable. No cutting at home, no crimping tool, no offcut in the box.

Cables made to measure

Kabeleria makes battery cables, solar cables and automotive wire to your measurements, from 10 cm upwards in one-centimetre steps. You give us the cross-section, the length, the colour and both ends. We cut to length, crimp the terminals and seal the transition. Everything is made in a specialist workshop in Germany. What arrives is finished — no cutting, no crimping tool, no offcut in the box.

The range

Three kinds of cable, each built for a different job. What separates them is explained on each page.

How your cable is made

  1. Configure

Cross-section, colour, length and both ends — terminals on the battery cable, MC4 connectors on the solar cable. You tell us exactly what your cable should look like.

  2. Manufacture

Your cable is made in the workshop: cut to length, crimped and sealed.

  3. Shipping

If your payment arrives by 11:00, your order goes out the same day. You receive the tracking number by email. Details on same-day dispatch

What you can rely on

Before you order

Which cross-section carries the load, where the fuse belongs and what separates a crimp from a clamp. The calculators give you a figure, the guides explain how it comes about.

Which terminal fits which bolt size, which crimp form suits fine-stranded copper, and how to tell copper from copper-clad aluminium — that is what the knowledge section is for.
