Payment

Payment is handled by the payment provider Mollie. We never see a card number and store no payment data.

Currency

Everything is settled in euro, including on the English pages. We do not offer conversion into another currency, because the displayed price would then differ from the amount debited.

No surcharge for any payment method

Every payment method costs the same. The price in the configurator is the amount that gets debited.

What your payment method means for the dispatch date

If payment is confirmed by 11:00, the cable goes into shipping the same working day.

What counts is the money arriving, not the moment you order. With a credit card — including Apple Pay and Google Pay — and with PayPal the money is there immediately. With a bank transfer it takes one to two working days, depending on your bank.
